`Dogs Split Weekend Between Albuquerque and Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. - After winning all three of its matches last week, the Fresno State men's tennis team will play three more matches this week. The Bulldogs travel to No. 44 New Mexico for a dual match on Friday before returning home to face Air Force and Sonoma State on Sunday.

Last Time Out
· After picking up a pair of wins on March 17 against Green Bay and Navy, the `Dogs finished off the week with a 4-3 defeat of Arizona to move the squad's record to 9-6.
Doubling Up
· Since Sai Kartik Nakireddi and Nikolas Papic teamed up in doubles beginning on Feb. 14, the duo has gone 8-2.
· Adam Glynn and Euan McIntosh are 7-3 on the year, though five of their matches havae gone unfinished.
Swiss Not a Miss
· Since falling in in the first match of his career, Joshua Zeoli has been on a roll, losing just one match since Jan. 16.
· The freshman currently leads the team with a 7-2 record.
Winning From the Bottom
· Fresno State has relied on the back end of its order, as the team has posted records of 7-4, 10-3 and 10-5 at the four, five and six spots in the lineup.
· The .692 winning percentage between the bottom three spots is significantly higher than that of the .462 from the team's top three spots.
Papic Earning Conference Honors at Six
· Despite playing in the No. 6 position against Loyola Marymount , Nikolas Papic earned Mountain West Player of the Week honors on Feb. 26 after earning the dual-match clinching point in three sets. The native of Santiago, Chile also teamed up with Sai Kartik Nakireddi to capture the doubles clinching point.

· After Sunday's matches, the Bulldogs will go back on the road four straight, beginning with a trip to UC Irvine on April 1.
