Mazutaityte wraps up NCAA Championships

ATLANTA, Ga. – Fresno State freshman swimmer Ugne Mazutaityte swam at the 2016 Women's Swimming and Diving National Championships on Friday and Saturday at the McAuley Aquatic Center on the campus of Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Ga.
In the preliminaries, Mazutaityte, the 2015-16 Mountain West Freshman of the Year and 2016 200-yard backstroke MW Champion, swam the 100-yard backstroke in 54.48 seconds on Friday and the 200-yard backstroke in 1:55.69 on Saturday.
Mazutaityte was the first Fresno State freshman to swim in the NCAA Championships in program history and the first Bulldog since Dani Yoho in 2013.
