Bulldogs to host four matches in four days

FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State men's tennis team plays four matches at home during the next four days, its longest stretch of matches at Spalding G. Wathen Tennis Center this season.
The Bulldogs open the week with No. 22 Tulane on Thursday at 1 p.m. PT. The Green Wave feature the No. 1-ranked single player in the country in Dominik Koepfer (25-2). The following day, the 'Dogs host a doubleheader against Sonoma State (10 a.m.) and Holy Names (2 p.m.). Fresno State wraps up its weekend on Sunday as the team opens Mountain West play against San Diego State at 11 a.m.

Bulldog Aces
• Senior Nikolas Papic, junior Euan McIntosh and freshman Jeremy Moser have each posted a team-best six singles wins in dual matches.
• The duo of McIntosh and freshman Mantas Bugailiskis have are 7-1 this spring at the No. 1 doubles position.
• Fresno State is coming off of a pair of 7-0 wins over Foothill College and American River College. The victories pushed their record to 4-0 this season at Spalding G. Wathen Tennis Center.
• Fresno State's second win of the season over a ranked opponent came on March 5 as the team topped then-No. 72 Arizona, 6-1, in Tucson, Ariz.
• The 'Dogs opened the season with a 3-2 record, but have since gone 3-6.
• Fresno State's earned its first win of the season at the ITA Kick-Off Weekend in College Station, Texas, defeating then-No. 65 San Francisco 4-3.
• After earning the deciding match point against the Dons, Nikolas Papic was named Mountain West Player of the Week.
