FRESNO, Calif. - Due to cold temperatures and anticipated snow in the forecast for the Colorado Springs area this weekend, Fresno State and Air Force have relocated their Mountain West series to Grand Junction, Colo.
With no game on Friday, the two teams will now play a doubleheader at Sam Suplizio Field, home of the Colorado Rockies rookie league team and Colorado Mesa University, on Saturday. Game times are set for 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. PT.
Due to Fresno State's travel plans, a possible game on Sunday is still to be determined.
The Bulldogs (26-16, 14-7 MW) will see the Falcons (20-17, 9-10 MW) for the second time this season after Fresno State swept Air Force in Fresno on April 1-3. Stay tuned to GoBulldogs.com for any further developments.
