'Dogs kick off fall campaign in Tucson

FRESNO, Calif. – The Fresno State men's tennis team opens up its fall season at the Wildcat Invitational, hosted by Arizona, from Sept. 23-25. The Bulldogs have three competitors traveling to Tuscon in sophomores Patrik Pech and Jeremy Moser, and freshman Bailey Gong.
The Bulldogs will face competitors from the Pac-12 in Washington State and Arizona, in addition to New Mexico State, Grand Canyon, Northern Arizona and Mesa Community College.Â
Pech will compete in the A Draw. In his first round, he will face Lorenzo Fucile of Grand Canyon.

In the singles B Draw, No. 3 seed Moser will face Valentin Lang of Grand Canyon.
Gong rounds out singles play in the C Draw, matched up against Noel Marin of Mesa Community College.
Pech joins Moser for the doubles draw, as the duo will take on Shumann and Montano of Northern Arizona in the first round.
Singles play will begin on Friday at 8 a.m. PT, followed by doubles play.Â
