Dean, Hall commit to women's golf team

FRESNO, Calif. – Head women's golf coach Emily Loftin announced on Tuesday that Marie Dean and Jessica Hall will call Fresno State home, starting in the fall of 2018, as the pair signed their national letters of intent with the Bulldogs.

"Marie has been committed for a while and it's so great to be able to tell everyone," said Loftin. "Maria is a Northern California standout and I am excited she chose to join the Bulldog Golf family. She will come in and make an immediate impact for our team."

"Jessica is one of the up and coming young talents in all of the UK. Jessica's growth in the past year is a testament to her work ethic and desire to be successful which will translate directly to her endeavors here at Fresno State. I cannot wait to add Jessica to our program as she is going to come here with a depth of competitive experiences around the world and an abundance of passion for this game."

Dean is on pace to graduate in June 2018 while Hall graduated in 2017 and is taking a gap year to gain more experience on the links.
