• By virtue of the Bulldogs' 13-7 win at Wyoming, Fresno State clinched its third West Division title in five years.
• Fresno State and Boise State are set for back-to-back games. The 'Dogs will host the Broncos for their Senior Day game this Saturday and will play BSU again in the 2017 Mountain West Football Championship Game on Saturday, December 2 (site TBD).
• Playing an opponent in back-to-back games is somewhat familiar to Fresno State as they played USC back-to-back to close the 2013 season and open 2014. This season's go-around will be the 10th time in the history of the program the Bulldogs will have played an opponent back-to-back.
• There are 18 players on the current roster that were on 2014 MW Championship Game roster - four participated in that game (Da'Mari Scott, Justin Green, Kody Kroening and Nathan Madsen).
• Fresno State is receiving votes in both the Amway Coaches Poll and AP Top 25 - marking the first time the 'Dogs have received votes in both polls since the end-of-year polls in 2013.
• George Helmuth earned the Bulldogs' fourth MW Defensive Player of the Week honor this season on Monday. It matches the 2012 team for most MW Defensive Player of the Week honors in a single-season.
• The Bulldogs, who have compiled an 8-3 record this year, have the nation's best win improvement (+7).
• Head Coach Jeff Tedford is one of 16 semifinalist for national coach of the year and defensive coordinator Orlondo Steinauer is a semifinalist for the Broyles Award.
• Fresno State will honor 15 seniors prior to Saturday's regular season finale.
