'Dogs oust Gaels on the road 19-7

MORAGA, Calif. – The Fresno State women's lacrosse team defeated MPSF foe Saint Mary's 19-6 Saturday night.
The Bulldogs improve to 9-6 (2-5 MPSF) on the season.
Tiffiny Wallace led the Bulldogs with four goals, this was her fourth consecutive game scoring three or more goals. Sarah Bloise logged three goals on the night. Kayla Galet, Caroline Dineen-Carlson, Jordyn Pandolfo, Ryleigh Bone and Nicole Ortlieb scored two goals each. Emily Lackey and Marina Mayo rounded out scoring for Fresno State with one goal apiece.

Tiffiny Wallace opened up scoring for the Bulldogs.
Saint Mary's responded with a quick goal to tie the game 1-1.
Fresno State went on an 8-0 run, holding Saint Mary's scoreless for 15 minutes, to take a 9-1 lead.
The Gaels ended the run with their second goal of the game with 12:24 left in the first half.
The Bulldogs went on a 3-0 run with to make the score 12-2 with 8:10 left in the first half.
Fresno State and Saint Mary's traded goals to end the half.
The Bulldogs had a 13-3 lead at halftime.
Fresno State finishes strong in the second half
The Bulldogs opened up the second half on a 4-0 run, featuring back-to-back goals from Sarah Bloise.
Fresno State was up 17-3 with 20:28 left in the game.
Saint Mary's scored its first goal of the half with 15:33 left in the contest.
The Bulldogs posted back-to-back goals from Jordyn Pandolfo and Emily Lackey with 13:15 left in the game, to extend the Fresno State lead to 19-4.
The Gaels finished the game on a 3-0 run, to make the final score 19-7.
In the Cage
Freshman goalkeeper Laurel Maunder started the game for Fresno State, recording five saves in 45 minutes.
Junior Natalie Chaffin took over the cage for the Bulldogs for the remainder of the game.
