- Fresno State entered both the AP Top 25 (20) and Amway Coaches Poll (23) this week. It is the first time since Dec. 8, 2013 that the Bulldogs were ranked in both polls at the same time. Fresno State entered the AP Top 25 and College Football Playoff polls after defeating Boise State on Nov. 25, 2017, but did not enter the Amway Coaches Poll.
- Fresno State is the only team in California ranked in either the AP or Coaches Poll.
- Fresno State has won six straight games and 16 of its last 19 overall.
- Fresno State owns the nation's lead in limiting opponents under 30 points in consecutive games (19). They are one of four FBS teams with double-digit games in that category.
- Fresno State is one of six teams ranked in the Top 20 nationally in both offensive and defensive efficiency - Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, Michigan, West Virginia and Fresno State.
- The Bulldogs rank No. 4 in the FBS in turnovers margin (+1.75), having turned it over six times versus taking it away 20 times. Fresno State has not turned the ball over since a second quarter fumble on Oct. 6 at Nevada. The three-game stretch without a turnover is the best stretch since 2002.
- Marcus McMaryion was named a semifinalist for the Maxwell Award on Oct. 29.
- KeeSean Johnson leads the nation in consecutive games with at least one catch (44) and is also the nation's leader in active career receptions (234). He broke Davante Adams' Fresno State program record of 233 receptions last time out.
- The 'Dogs have played at UNLV twice since 1996, playing two MW conference games in 2014 and 2016, and lost on each trip. Their last win at UNLV was in 1996.
- Fresno State is undefeated on the road in regular season MW games under Jeff Tedford (6-0).
