Diamond 'Dogs Friday contest at San Jose State postponed to Sunday doubleheader

The Diamond 'Dogs Mountain West game at San Jose State scheduled for Friday night has been postponed due to rain and will be played as part of a doubleheader on Sunday.
SAN JOSE, Calif. - The Diamond 'Dogs Mountain West game at San Jose State scheduled for Friday night has been postponed due to rain and will be played as part of a doubleheader on Sunday.
The 'Dogs and Spartans game on Saturday afternoon has been pushed back an hour from its original time and will start at 4 p.m. followed by a doubleheader on Sunday starting at noon.
Fresno State (11-6, 2-4 MW), who also had its midweek contest at Saint Mary's on Wednesday cancelled because of rain, will have five days off between games after playing its first 17 games over 24 calendar days.
San Jose State (6-9, 0-5 MW), who attempted to host Pacific on Tuesday and Wednesday this week, but were rained out each time, is coming off being swept at Nevada last weekend.

Game 1: Saturday at 4 p.m.
Game 2: Sunday at 12 p.m.
Game 3: Sunday at 3:30 p.m.
