Women’s Golf welcomes Basanisi, Lynch to program

FRESNO, Calif. – The Fresno State women's golf team filled two roster spots on Tuesday with Delana Basanisi and Harriet Lynch, announced head coach Emily Loftin. Both will be incoming freshman and start school in the fall of 2018.
"Delana is a competitive, hard-working, eager-player looking to continue to grow her game," said Loftin. "She spent the last year in a gap year training and getting ready to jump to this level. She is going to add even more talent to our roster, but given she's such a high-character person, that component could be her greatest asset to this team."
"As for Harriet, I am just as excited. Harriet is athletic and physically talented, which along with her competitiveness and wealth of experience, will be a great fit for this program. She is passionate about playing for the Bulldogs and I expect her to make an instant contribution. I can't wait to have both these ladies here this fall."
With the additions of Basanisi and Lynch, the Bulldogs will have four new faces on their roster having Marie Dean and Jessica Hall announcing their respective intent to compete at Fresno State in November.
