Bulldog Bones
- Fresno State opened the 2019-20 season with a 79-52 win at Cal Poly on Nov. 6. It was Jaime White's 100th win at Fresno State and first season-opening road win since taking over at Fresno State in April 2014 (previously 0-2).
- The Bulldogs were led in the season opener by freshman twins Hanna Cavinder (23 points/5 assists/5 steals) and Haley Cavinder (17 points/7 rebounds).
- Hanna's point total was the most by a Bulldog freshman in their first career game.
- The Bulldogs are 5-0 in home openers under White, defeating teams by an average of 24 points.
- Fresno State was picked to finish third in Mountain West's annual preseason poll for the second-straight year.
- Maddi Utti was tabbed as one of five players selected to the preseason All-Mountain West team. Utti's selection is the Bulldogs' fourth straight after Bego Faz Davlos earned the honor in 2016 and Candice White was named to the team the past two seasons.Â
- Haley Cavinder was tabbed as preseason Co-Freshman of the Year, the program's first player to earn that distinction.
- UC Davis enters Tuesday's game with a 0-1 record after dropping their opener at Montana State, 77-65. Â
- The Aggies saw three players land in double figures against the Bobcats with Kayla Konrad leading the way with 17 points on 5-of-8 shooting. Â
- Former Utah State guard Katie Toole scored a career-high 15 points in the loss.
- UC Davis is coming off of a season in which it reached the NCAA Tournament by way of winning the Big West Tournament. Part of that team was 6-foot-4 redshirt senior Morgan Bertsch (23.6 ppg/6.0 rpg) who left UCD as the program's all-time leading scorer with 2,422 points,  was the 2019 conference player of the year and was selected 29th in the 2019 WNBA Draft.
- Fresno State is 5-1 in the all-time series with UC Davis but the two sides have not played since Dec. 16, 1985 in Fresno.
- In the last matchup, the Bulldogs defeated the Aggies 93-48. All 12 'Dogs who saw the court scored while four reached double figures. Anne Menke led the team with a season-high 11 points.
- The Bulldogs have scored at least 75 points in each of its five wins in the series.
- Fresno State is 3-0 against the Aggies at home.
H&H
Unlike the famous New York City bagel shop, Fresno State's version of H&H weren't serving up bagels in their first career game as twins Haley and Hanna Cavinder combined for 40 points, 11 rebounds, 6 assists, and 6 steals.
- With only 14 points at the half at Cal Poly, the two scored 15 of the Bulldogs' 20 points in the third quarter and had a hand final 18 as Fresno State turned a two-point deficit into a seven-point lead. The duo then combined to score the first seven points of the fourth quarter to double the team's lead.
It's never been done

Hanna Cavinder's 23 points at Cal Poly is the most by a freshman in their first career game at Fresno State. It surpassed the 22 points that was registered twice during the early 1980's.
Picking up where she left off  Â
While the high shooting percentage was not there against a much taller Cal Poly frontline, Maddi Utti still nearly recorded a double-double against the Mustangs, registering 11 points and 9 rebounds. The junior recorded seven double-doubles during her sophomore campaign with all seven coming during conference play.
- Utti entered the season with 11 career double-doubles which ranks 12th on Fresno State's all-time list.
- Utti entered the 2019-20 season with the most career double-doubles of active players in the Mountain West.
