RANKED WINS
Fresno State has defeated two ranked teams this season. No. 13 Fresno State knocked off No. 22 Marist College 9-5 on Jan 18. A week later, the 'Dogs upset No. 10 UC Davis 14-13 on Jan. 26.

2020 GCC PRESEASON POLL
The eight Golden Coast Conference women's water polo head coaches voted Pacific at the head of the conference to win the regular season title. In its third season of competition, Fresno State was picked to finish third. The poll chose Pacific (49 points, 7 first place votes), Loyola Marymount (42 points, 1 first place vote), and Fresno State (38 points) at the top of the conference. San Diego State (31 points) and Azusa Pacific (24 points) were tabbed to finish in the middle of the pack. California Baptist (20 points), Santa Clara (11 points), and Concordia - Irvine (9 points) received the last three spots to conclude the preseason rankings.

OVERVIEW
The Bulldogs return 14 letterwinners including three All-GCC selections in Emily Nicholson, Callie Woodruff and Daphne Guevremont. Six freshmen were also welcomed to the roster for the upcoming season. The 'Dogs were picked to finish third in the Golden Coast Conference standings in the 2020 Preseason Coaches' Poll.

LAST SEASONÂ
In the 2019 season, the Bulldogs completed their second competition season with a 14-15 overall record (4-3 GCC), finishing in fourth place in the regular season conference. The 'Dogs went on to clinch third place in the Golden Coast Conference Championships.Â
