FRESNO, Calif. -- Fresno State's men's tennis team fell to Gonzaga 4-2 on Thursday afternoon at Spalding G. Wathen Tennis Center.

Doubles
The 'Dogs earned the first win in doubles play, with Alexey Aleschev and Henrique Osorio taking the No. 3 spot 6-2. However, Gonzaga took the next two matches with a 6-4 victory, followed by the clinching point at the No. 2 spot, 6-3.

Singles
Fresno State once again took the first match in singles play, with Zdenek Derkas winning 6-2, 6-3 at the No. 1 position. Gonzaga followed this with wins at the No. 2 and No. 3 spots over Johannes Seeman and Angus Bradshaw.

The Bulldogs rallied to win another match at the No. 6 spot where Enrique Osorio claimed a 6-4, 7-5 victory. However, a final win at the No. 4 spot from Vincent Rettke over Alexey Aleschev 7-5, 6-4, sealed the match for Gonzaga.
