FRESNO, Calif. - Fresno State Athletics announced Wednesday that this Saturday's football game against Boise State at Bulldog Stadium has officially sold out.
Â
Saturday marks the first time since 2014 that Fresno State has sold out Bulldog Stadium for a football game. The last time was on Sept. 13, 2014 versus then-No. 21 Nebraska. The Bulldogs have played in front of 33 crowds of 40,000-plus Red Wavers at Bulldog Stadium since 1980.
Â
Fresno State has now sold out its fourth home game against Boise State in the last 20 years - 2001, 2005, 2013, 2021.
Â
Although tickets to the game are no longer available, fans can still enjoy the festivities of Bulldog BLVD on game day. Bulldog BLVD is open to all with free admission. Saturday is Green V Fest, and Fresno State Athletics will celebrate all that makes the iconic Green V so special by highlighting the Valley's robust agriculture industry. Fans can celebrate Valley viticulture with a pregame wine fest featuring regional wineries in partnership with the San Joaquin Valley Winegrowers Association.
