Five Bulldog football games set to air on CBS Sports Network in 2021

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Fresno State learned that five of its regular season football games will be broadcast on the CBS Sports Network on Wednesday, as the Mountain West announced its CBS Sports national television package for the 2021 season.
The CBS Sports Network slate of games begins with the Bulldogs' season opener on Aug. 28 when UConn visits for a Week Zero contest. It remains the sole contest without a kickoff time of the five named on Wednesday.
The Bulldogs' MW home opener, against UNLV, has shifted to a Friday (Sept. 24) kickoff at 7 p.m. It is the only game to shift away from Saturday a part of the CBS Sports package.
When Fresno State travels to the Islands to take on Hawai'i on Oct. 2, it will be nationally broadcast on CBS Sports. It is slated for a 5 p.m. local kickoff, which will be 8 p.m. at home on the West Coast. The other road game within the package, San Diego State will host the Bulldogs in Carson, Calif. at its temporary home of Dignity Health Sports Park for a 7:30 p.m. contest on Oct. 30.
Lastly, the rematch of the 2018 Mountain West Championship game between the Bulldogs and Broncos will kick off at Bulldog Stadium at 4 p.m. on Nov. 6. It will be the first time they square off since the unforgettable game in the snow.
The Mountain West's CBS Sports national television package for the upcoming year consists of 32 MW contests. The FOX Sports Mountain West broadcast schedule will be announced Thursday, May 27, at 11:30 p.m. PT. Additional broadcasts by Spectrum Sports (Hawai'i) and Stadium will be announced in the coming months.
