Fresno State has two golfers in the Top 25
LAS VEGAS - The Fresno State women's golf team wrapped up day one at The Show, hosted by UNLV at the Spanish Trail Country Club on Monday. The Bulldogs have two golfers in the Top 25 and sit in 12th place as a team through 36 holes played.

Senior Harriet Lynch leads the way with a tied for ninth finish through the first two rounds. Lynch shot up the leaderboard in the second round, shooting an even par 72 in the first round and a 1-under 71 in the second.

Classmate Jessica Hall is also in the Top 25, finishing T22nd with a 1-over-par 145 through 36 holes. Hall led the team with a 2-under-par 70, but had a 3-over 75 in the second round.

Nicola Kaminski and Delana Basanisi are each tied at 69th. Kaminski shot a 74 in the first round and a 79 in the second on Monday. Basanisi used the second round to jump the leaderboard, shooting a 78 in the first round and a 75 in the second.

Freshman Yu Shang finished Monday tied at 76th with a 10-over 154 (75-79).

The Bulldogs will wrap up play in Vegas tomorrow morning as the third round of The Show kicks off with a 8:30 a.m. PT shotgun start. Live stats are available at GolfStat.com.
