Two finish in Top 25 at The Show

LAS VEGAS - With heavy winds on Tuesday, the Fresno State women's golf team wrapped up play at The Show, hosted by UNLV at the Spanish Trail Country Club. The Bulldogs had two who finished in the Top 25, but finished 15th as a team with a 922 (+58).

Of the 84-golfer field, seniors Jessica Hall and Harriet Lynch led the Bulldogs with a T24th finish. The duo shot a 7-over 223 in the tournament. Hall's week saw her shooting a 70-75-78 while Lynch shot a 72-71-80 on the week.

Delana Basanisi finished T74th with a 22-over-par 238 (78-75-85). Sophomore Nicola Kaminski finished 80th, three strokes behind Basanisi. Kaminski went 74-79-88 in the three rounds. Freshman Yu Shang finished T82nd with a 27-over 243 (75-79-89).

Up next: The Bulldogs have a week off before returning to the course at the Gold Rush, hosted by Long Beach State at Old Ranch Country Club in Seal Beach, Calif. on Feb. 28-Mar. 1.

Notable

Harriet Lynch led the Bulldogs in par three scoring.
Lynch also led the team in par five scoring.
Jessica Hall led the team in par four scoring.
Hall was second in the field of 84 with 40 pars on the week.
Lynch tied for fourth-most pars with 38 on the week.
Hall and Lynch each recorded their third-straight Top 25 finish of the season.
