"Day one went well. Getting started with the 200 Medley and taking fifth with three freshman, that makes me very, very happy! Yuliya setting a school record and getting second, nearly winning the event, is outstanding and the 800 Free Relay had a season-best time as well. It is great to be in fourth place, but we know this meet is going to be very tough and are excited for tomorrow's events."
