COLLEGE STATION, Texas - A third straight Mountain West championship for junior Athena Clayson in the 200 Back highlighted the fourth and final day at the Mountain West Championships at the Rec Center Natatorium on the campus of Texas A&M University.

Helping the Bulldogs place sixth as a team scoring 691.5 points, Clayson notched a time of 1:55.30 in the event to score the 'Dogs 32 team points.

Making it a pair of top-five finishes on the board, senior Yuliya Tykha placed fifth on the platform with a score of 261.40 after taking second on the 1-Meter on Wednesday.

Junior Mackenzie Hutler was the 'Dogs top finisher in the 200 Fly coming in ninth in 2:00.67 and freshman Wiktoria Dabrowska placed 11th in the 100 Free with a time of 50.75.

In the 1650 Free, senior Darina Khisiamova finished 13th chopping off over 16 seconds of her previous season best time to finish in 17:05.05.

The Bulldogs now look towards March with the Zone E Diving Championships (March 7-9), the CSCAA National Invitational (March 10-12) and the NCAA Championships (March 17-19) upcoming.
