Bulldogs add Waller to staff

FRESNO, Calif. – Fresno State Director of Track and Field Jason Drake announced the addition of Valley native Hannah Waller to his staff. The Clovis product spent the last year on staff at Central High School where she helped the Grizzlies win the boys 2022 CIF State Championship.
"We are extremely excited to bring an extraordinary athlete like Hannah to our staff," Drake said. "She is a superstar from the valley that will be a great mentor and coach to our athletes. Hannah brings phenomenal experience from her time as a California state champ at Buchanan, to a member of many championship teams at Oregon. She will be a great value to our program and to the Valley.
Waller, a former state champion sprinter at Buchanan High School and a three-time All-American at Oregon, is one of the top 400-meter athletes in the Ducks' history. She ranks No. 3 in the indoor 400 meters (52.44) and No. 6 outdoor (51.60) on the Ducks all-time lists. Waller was also on OU's No. 4 4x400 indoor relay team and was on four outdoor relay teams that currently sit inside the Top 10 (one 4x100, three 4x400).
