2024 'Dogs in the NFL: Week 4

FRESNO, Calif. - Former Bulldogs were in action during Week 4 of the NFL season, with one transaction adding another player back to the League.

On Sept. 24, Morice Norris Jr. was signed to the practice squad with the Detroit Lions. Norris Jr. was signed as an undrafted free agent to the Lions in 2024, but suffered a training camp injury and was released, but was since picked up after rehabbing the injury and clearing waivers.

Levelle Bailey was also promoted from practice squad to active roster for the Denver Broncos this week ahead of their matchup with the New York Jets. Bailey, a rookie, saw his first professional playtime last weekend.

Davante Adams, Las Vegas Raiders
Adams was not active on Sunday with a reported hamstring injury.

Levelle Bailey, Denver Broncos
Bailey played in his first NFL game last Sunday, helping the Broncos to a 10-9 win over the New York Jets. Bailey contributed on 10 special teams snaps in his debut.

Derek Carr, New Orleans Saints
Carr completed 28-of-36 pass attempts for 239 yards in the Saints' 26-24 loss on the road against the Atlanta Falcons. He threw one interception with no touchdowns, and took one sack.
