THE 'SHIP
- The 2025 MW Championship Bracket is set with Fresno State landing the second seed and a bye in the play-in round of the tournament.
- Fresno State is only behind regular-season MW Champion Nevada in the seedings, and is followed by No. 3 New Mexico, No. 4 UNLV, No. 5 San Diego State and No. 6 San Jose State.
- The Bulldogs are slated to face the winner of Game 1 between New Mexico and San Jose State.
THREE-PEAT
- The Fresno State baseball team has claimed a spot in the MW Championship for the third-straight season, going back to 2023.
- The Bulldogs earned the No. 2 seed in the tournament, their highest seeding since 2019.
- Since joining the MW, the Bulldogs have made 10 appearances in the conference tournament.
- Fresno State has a 12-12 record in MW Championship games and has won the tournament twice.
THE CHAMPS ARE BACK
- The Fresno State baseball team claimed its second Mountain West title and first since 2019 in San Diego, Calif., on May 5, 2024.
- The win marked the team's 10th conference tournament title overall.
- After entering the 2024 tournament with a 6-6 record in Mountain West elimination games, the Bulldogs won four straight to claim the title.
- Fresno State's pitching staff recorded a tournament record 67 strikeouts, 18 more than the previous record of 49 set by San Diego State in 2001.
- Murf Gray was named tournament MVP and to the All-Tournament Team alongside Jaykob Acosta, Justin Stransky, Noah Beal, Tommy Hopfe and Jake Riding.
WEEKLY TRADITION
- The Bulldogs earned 10 weekly honors from the Mountain West this season, the most out of the conference's eight teams.
- Aidan Cremarosa was named Pitcher of the Week three times, the most out of any pitcher in the league.
- Fresno State earned Player of the Week three times, Pitcher of the Week six times and Freshman of the Week once.
- Sky Collins, Justin Stransky and Murf Gray were all named MW Player of the Week in 2025.
- Jack Anker was named Pitcher of the Week twice and Kaleb Hay earned the accolade once.
- Cayden Munster is the only Bulldog to be named MW Freshman of the Week in 2025.

- Fresno State baseball's Aidan Cremarosa was named Mountain West Pitcher of the Year, the conference announced on May 20 before the championship tournament in Mesa, Ariz.
- Cremarosa owns the league's lowest ERA of 3.13 and punched out 72 batters in MW play.
- The Burbank native pitched in 63.1 innings, allowing only 22 earned runs and holding opposing batters to a .219 average.
- He pitched his first career complete game against San Jose State on May 10, pitching 7.0 shutout innings and allowing only two hits.
THE MAN, THE MURF, THE LEGEND
- Fresno State Baseball's Murf Gray has been named Co-MW Player of the Year, the conference announced on May 20.
- Gray, a junior out of Madera South High School, has been a star for the Bulldogs for three straight seasons as the starting third baseman, earning Mountain West Freshman of the Year in 2023.
- In 2025, Gray dominated at the plate with a .380 batting average, .783 slugging percentage, and .427 on-base percentage in MW games.
- He has totaled 13 doubles and 13 home runs against MW opponents in 2025.
- Prior to the 2025 season, Gray was named to the 2025 Perfect Game Pre-Season All-American second team.
- In the Bulldogs' championship season in 2024, Gray was named MW Championship MVP after owning a .524 average in the tournament with 11 hits, eight runs, five doubles, a pair of home runs and seven RBIs.
- In the 2024 season, Murf Gray hit .296 in 61 games with 71 hits, including 18 doubles, a triple and 10 home runs, as well as 52 RBIs.
- As a Bulldog, Gray has a .307 career batting average with 198 hits, 45 doubles, three triples and 35 home runs.
- Gray spent last summer in the Cape Cod League as the third baseman for the Wareham Gatemen and was named the sixth-best prospect in the league by Baseball America. In his time "Guarding the Gate" in Wareham, Gray started in 31 games at third base, and four as the designated hitter.
- Gray led the Gatemen in six stat categories: batting average (.329), at-bats (140), home runs (5), runs batted in (27), doubles (9) and hits (46).
