FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State softball team will return home to Margie Wright Diamond this week to open conference play with a three-game series against the Utah State Aggies.
BULLDOG BONES

- Incoming senior Lauryn Carranco comes back home to the Valley, the pitcher grew up in Clovis and attended Clovis High School
- Christal Lopez traveled up the 99 after spending time with the Roadrunners. Lopez grew in Fresno and attended Buchanan High School
- Giana Quintanar didn't have to relocate far either, the Clovis East graduate is trading in her time as a Fresno City Ram to become a Bulldog
OPPONENT OFF THE BAT - UTAH STATE
- Fresno State and Utah State will be meeting for the 66th time in program history on Friday
- The Bulldogs took two out of three games when they faced the Aggies in Logan, Utah last season
- Fresno State has won four straight games against Utah State at Margie Wright Diamond, and 14 of their last 15
