SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - The Fresno State track and field team wrapped up at the UC Santa Barbara Invitational on Saturday.
Tearra Haney continued her weekend with another personal-best mark. She took fourth in the hammer throw with a toss of 55.94m/183-6 on her fourth attempt. She also had a PR mark in the discus in yesterday's action.
Zoe Yeast took second in the hammer throw with a mark of 58.73m/192-8 on her final attempt.
Lynee Sims took third in the triple jump. She saw a leap of 11.98m/39-3.75 on her fourth attempt. She was just .01m shy of her collegiate best mark.
Up Next: The Bulldogs return home for the Fresno State Invitational next weekend (May 1-2). The Bulldogs' senior day celebrations will take place on Saturday at Veterans Memorial Stadium.
