Spencer Harris is in his second season as the director of player personnel for the Bulldog football program.Â
Â
Harris was last on staff at the University of Washington, joining the program in April 2012. He rose sharply within the Husky football program as he learned how to manage staff needs, identify and evaluate prospects, manage scholarship numbers, organize recruit visits and market the program under the mentorship of Aaron Knotts (current director of player personnel at UW) and Marshall Malchow (current director of player personnel at Georgia).

Harris last served as an assistant director of player personnel for the Huskies during the 2016 season. Before that, he was Washington’s head recruiting specialist from May 2015 until being elevated to assistant director of player personnel after the 2015 football season.

He graduated with a degree in finance from Washington in March 2015, and while a student, Harris was on staff as a recruiting specialist for the 2014 season after initially joining the program in 2012 as a student equipment manager.

Harris is a native of Sacramento, Calif. and attended Rio Americano High School.
