Prior to Fresno State: In one season at Fresno Pacific, playing primarily at No. 6 singles and No. 3 doubles and helping Fresno Pacific to a 15-7 record ... lettered four years in tennis and one yea in football at Immanuel High School in Reedley, Calif. ... in tennis, was a two-time team MVP ... was undefeated in each of his four years during league play ... team captain in both junior and senior seasons.
