Freshman (2021): Appeared in 22 games primarily as a pinch runner … chalked two starts in the outfield … scored five runs … recorded her first collegiate hit and RBI against UCSB on Feb. 21 … drew two walks … logged four putouts.
High School: Named the 2019 Trans-Valley league MVP, the Manteca Bulletin all-area softball MVP, and an all-city selection. Mejia helped lead Ripon HS to the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section Division IV state title in 2019 and her team was later named the Cal-Hi Sports Division IV State Team of the Year. She hit .519 with 40 hits, 37 RBI and 33 runs scored in just 26 games as a junior and had a 1.466 OPS. The three-time First Team Trans-Valley selection has an astounding mark of a perfect 23-for-23 mark in stolen base attempts throughout her first three high school seasons.
