Outdoor: Competed in six meets, primarily in the 1500 and 5000 meters … ran a season-best 4:48.82 in the 1500 at the West Coast Relays … clocked a season low of 18:12.91 in the 5000 at the Hornet Invite.
Indoor: Ran the 3000 meters in one meet, registering a 10:38.03 at the Riverfront Multis.
XC: Did not compete.
2023-24 (JUNIOR)
Outdoor: Competed in five meets, running in three different races ... placed third in the steeplechase at the West Coast Relays with a time of 11:27.71 ... clocked a season best of 4:47.47 in the 1500m at the Bryan Clay Invitational ... finished the year placing second in the 5000m at the Fresno State Invitational at 18:08.40.
Indoor: Ran the 3000 meters at the UW Invitational, finishing with a time of 10.38.88.
XC: Competed in all five 6k races during the fall ... posted top time of 21:59.0 at the Bronco Invitational ... time ranks 23rd on the program's all-time list.
