McKaylie Caesar was added to the Bulldog track & field staff in 2026, serving as an assistant coach.

Caesar is a Valley native from Linsday, California, and was a five-sport letter winner at Lindsay High School competing in cross country and track (2016-19) for three years and two years with basketball, golf and swimming (2015-17). She competed at the collegiate level at Cal State Fullerton and Utah.

While at Utah, she was a decorated member of the cross country team, earning USTFCCCA All-American, All-Region and Big West, Pac-12 and Big 12 accolades in her career. She was just as successful in her track & field seasons, notably as a 2025 USTFCCCA Outdoor Track All-American Honorable Mention in the 10000m.

She is second all-time with the outdoor 4x1600m relay team (19:21.30), fourth all-time in 10000m outdoors (33:05.56), eighth all-time in mile indoors (4:43.45), and eighth all-time in 5000m indoors (16:14.27) at the University of Utah.
