Last updated on June 13, 2012 Fresno State: 2012 Outdoor (Senior): Competed in seven meets and three events ... qualified for the NCAA Preliminary Rounds in the triple jump ... third best long jump mark on the team ... set personal record in the triple jump (15.06m) at the Azusa Pacific Bryan Clay Invitational on April 20 ... finished second in the triple jump and fourth in the long jump at the Western Athletic Conference Championships on May 8 ... won the long jump (6.67m), triple jump (14.53m) and ran anchor on 4x400m relay team that won the Cal Opener on March 3 with a time of 3:20.69 ... jumped a season-best 6.80m in the long jump twice, Brutus Hamilton Invitational on April 28 and WAC Championships. 2011 Track (Junior): Competed in nine meets ... scored the second highest in the Stanford meet in the triple jump with a mark of 14.68m on March 29 ... won the triple jump with a distance of 14.73 meters on April 10 at Mondo Challenge ... recorded a season-best in the triple jump with a mark of 14.78 meters on March 12 ... jumped a season-best 6.82 meters in the long jump on April 30. Mount San Antonio JC: Competed two years at the JC level...marked his best long jump at 21-8 and best triple jump at 49-4. Prior to Fresno State: Competed four-year of varsity track at Rancho Cucamonga HS and graduated from Los Osos HS...earned field athlete MVP honors...record holder at Los Osos HS in the triple jump with a mark of 46-0...also named team captain. Personal: Born July 17, 1989 in Moreno Valley, Calif.... parents are Christopher Jackson and Penny Scott...has one brother, Camron and one sister, Krystina...cousin in Jonathan Wills who plays basketball for Fresno State...favorite athlete is Kobe Bryant because he is an athlete he grew up watching, he has a drive of no other to win and the type of mentality he needs to master.
