Fresno State: (2010) Performed both her best throws at the Fresno State Last Chance Meet...best mark in the shot put was 35-6 (10.82m) and in the discus was 132-6 (40.38m).
Prior to Fresno State: A three-year letterwinner as a thrower for the Woodbridge HS track and field team ... won the conference championship in the discus and took fourth at the CIF Championships ... team captain ... had a top marks of 126-0 in the discus and 25-0 in the shot put.
Personal: Born April 6, 1990 in Irvine, Calif. ... mother is Karla Crouse ... has an older sister, Lindsay ... lists Kobe Bryant as her favorite athlete because he 'always strives to be the best and works the hardest to get there' ... academic emphasis in animal science and aspired to be a veterinarian...enjoys going to concerts, watching Lakers games and playing with her puppy...most admires her mother and sister for their support.
