2024-25 (SENIOR)
Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA West First Round in the 400-meter hurdles and 4x400 relay … finished 22nd in the second round (59.90) after running a time of 57.46 in the first round … relay team finished 20th with the third-fastest time in program history at 3:37.25 … earned All-Mountain West, capturing gold in the 400-meters hurdles at the Mountain West Championships with a then-program record 57.63 … became the first Bulldog to win the event since 2015 … also helped the ‘Dogs 4x400 relay to a silver medal with a time of 3:37.36 … combined for five top-five finishes in the 100 and 400 hurdles heading into the conference championships … posted wins in the 400 hurdles at the Hornet Invite an the Fresno State Invitational.
Indoor: Earned All-Mountain West in the 60-meter hurdles, capturing bronze at the Mountain West Championships with a time of 8.44 … qualified for the final with a personal best time of 8.40 … also took eighth at the championships in the 400 with a career-best 53.95 … was a member of the 4x400 relay team which won gold with a program record time of 3:36.22 … it was the fourth-fastest time in conference history … won the 400 meters at the New Mexico Team Open with a time of 54.89 … took third in the 60 hurdles (8.65) at the Spokane Indoor Challenge.
2023-2024 (SENIOR)
Outdoor: Had three podium finishes at the 2024 Big South Outdoor Championships (5/6-8) ... Was part of the 4x400m squad that won the event at the conference championships, ranking at third in school history and ninth in Big South history with a time of 3:40.68 ... Broke her career-best in the 100m hurdles in the finals with a 13.68 (0.5) to take third and move into a tie for third in school history ... Placed second in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:00.47 after running a season-best of 59.30 in the prelims for the top time in the round ... The points scored from those events event helped the Buccaneers take second place in the meet for the highest finish in program history and a program record of 231 points scored, just .5 points less than the conference's record for a runner-up ... Named Big South Track Athlete of the Week (3/21) ... Ran a career-best 24.48 (0.4) in the 200m at the Duke Invitational (4/11-13) ... Member of the 4x400 squad at the Yellow Jacket Invite (4/20) that broke the school record and placed fourth in conference history to win the event with their time of 3:38.64 ... Also was on the relay at the Weems Baskin Invitational (3/22-23) where they ran a 3:43.87 for the 7th best in program history and placed in second at the meet ... Won the 400m hurdles at the Charleston Southern Invitational (3/15) to begin the spring with a 1:00.73, took second at the Weems Baskin Invitational with a 59.93 and 4th at the Georgia Tech Invite with a 59.97 ... Helped the top relay team to a 3:39.83 in the finals at the Florida Relays (3/29-30) to take 4th in the star-studded meet.
Indoor: Scored in a pair of events at the Big South Championships (2/23-24) ... Was on the 4x400m relay squad which won the event with their time of 3:43.39 ... In the 60m hurdles, she ran an 8.80 in the prelims and had an 8.79 in the finals to take third overall in the field ...  The points scored from those events helped the Buccaneers take second place in the meet for the highest finish in program history and a program record of 157 points scored ... Advanced to the finals of the 200m and 400m at the meet but was disqualified in each ... Was named Big South Track Athlete of the Week on 1/31 as part of the 4x400 team that recorded a school record with a time of 3:42.38 at the Bob Pollock (1/27) which also ranks at third all-time in Big South history ... Ran a 300m time of 40.05 (1/13) at the South Carolina Invitational for 4th in CSU history and 6th in Big South ... Won the 4x400m at the USC Indoor Open (2/17) with a time of 3:43.14.

Outdoor:Â Named Big South Track Athlete of the Week twice (3/23 & 4/12) ... Competed in three meets during the spring including recording a pair of event victories ... Won the 400 at the Charleston Southern Invitational (3/17) with a time of 55.59 to begin the season ... Finished 1st in the 400 hurdles at the Tennessee Invite (4.6-8) with a 57.72 for her season best ... Ran at the Raleigh Relays (3/23-25) on the 4x400 squad and had a time of 3:42.15 for 7th overall against nearly 30 other squads ... Was 10th in the 400 hurdles against nearly 50 competitors at the meet.
