Natalia joined the Fresno State Strength and Conditioning staff as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach in October 2016. She is responsible for implementing sports performance programs for the teams under her supervision, including Softball, Women's Tennis, and Track & Field/Cross Country. In her time at Fresno State, she has worked with the 2018 Mountain West Conference Champions in women’s tennis, the 2019 Mountain West Conference Champions in men’s tennis, as well as the individual 2019 Mountain West Champion in women’s golf.

Prior to working at Fresno State, Natalia played tennis professionally and was an NCAA Division I women's tennis player for the University of Arizona Wildcats. She received a Psychology degree from the University of Arizona and is a National Strength and Conditioning Association-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a USA Weightlifting Sport Performance Coach (USAWL1), a Certified Speed and Agility Coach (CSAC), holds a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification in Exercise Nutrition (PN1) and a Functional Movement Screen Level 1 Certification (FMS1).
