Ryan Mathews Named GoBulldogs.com/Toyota Athlete of the Week

Ryan Mathews has been named the Gobulldogs.com Athlete of the Week for the week of September 29 for his performance last week against UCLA.

The sophomore Bulldog running back carried the ball 21 times for 166 yards and one touchdown and he caught one pass for 25 yards that resulted in a touchdown. The 36-31 victory over UCLA was the first time in 25 years the Bruins have lost to a non-BCS team.
