Junior diver Blair Hopkins (Fresno, Calif.) shined in her fifth collegiate meet of the season on Saturday, showcasing strength, leadership and focus on both the 1-meter and 3-meter boards, earning best marks against UC Davis and WAC rival San Jose State. Hopkins placed third on the 3-meter and dominated over all UC Davis opponents, earning a mark of 199.80 and finished sixth on the 1-meter with a high mark of 172.70. Hopkins topped many Aggie divers and led her team in the 3-meter event and earned lifetime bests in both events. Other nominees: 2008-09 Athletes of the Week:
