'Dogs drop one to No. 42 Utah State

FRESNO, Calif. – The Fresno State men's tennis team fell to No. 42 Utah State 4-1 Thursday night.
The Bulldogs fall to 13-12 (3-2) on the season.
Aggies grab the doubles point.
Utah State took the win at No. 3 doubles to start the match.
Youssef Hassan and Patrik Pech took the win at No. 2 doubles 7-5.
The Aggies clinched the doubles point when they took the win at No. 1 doubles, to take a 1-0 lead into singles.
'Dogs fight back in singles
Fresno State forced four third sets against Utah State.
Jonas Maier defeated Patrik Pech at the No. 6 position to give the Aggies a 2-0 lead.
Utah State extended its lead to 3-0 when Sergiu Bucur defeated Mantas Bugailiskis at the No. 5 spot.
Euan McIntosh defeated Jaime Barajas in three sets to put the Bulldogs on the board.
The match was clinched at the No. 4 position when Henrique Orosio fell to Jack Swindells in three sets.
