Notes:
• The Bulldogs are set to tee off the 2017-18 season with the first of four fall events, this Monday.
• The 2017-18 roster features in two seniors (Mimi Ho, Samantha Spencer), three juniors (Kristin Simonsen, Kelsi Stieler, Yifei Wang), two sophomores (Hayden Mammen, Danielle Richman) and three incoming freshmen (Emma Larsson, Alison Muirhead, Brigitte Thibault).
• The Bulldogs' opening lineup showcases veteran's Mimi Ho and Yifei Wang, spring 2017 transfer Hayden Mammen, and two newcomers, Brigitte Thibault and Alison Muirhead.
• Ho, Wang and Mammen each competed in the 2017 Mountain West Championship – last year's final team event.
• Fresno State last visited the Branch Law Firm/Dick McGuire Invitational in 2013 (Sept. 20-21). That year's team placed tied for 13th after posting a team 936.
• Coach Emily Loftin accompanied the Bulldogs' 2017 NCAA individual qualifier, then-senior Gudrun Bjorgvinsdottir, to the UNM Championship course on May 8-10.
• There are three Mountain West women's golf programs among the 18 in action - New Mexico, San Diego State and UNLV.
• There are seven teams competing against the 'Dogs this week that placed inside the top 25 of the final 2017 Golfstat poll.
