'Dogs prep for ITA Northwest Regional Championships

Fresno State at ITA Northwest Regionals

The Fresno State men's tennis team sent Angus Bradshaw and Johannes Seeman to compete in the 2019 ITA Northwest Regional Championships, hosted by Stanford.
The ITA Regional Championships feature some of the top men's and women's players across the country. Over 8,000 student-athletes from NCAA Division I, II, III, NAIA, Junior and Community Colleges compete across 85 ITA Regional Championships around the country. In Division I, regional doubles champions and regional singles champions and finalists qualify for the season-ending Oracle ITA National Fall Championships in Surprise, Ariz.
There will be 128 singles players and 64 doubles teams in the Northwest Regional. The field features players from California, Eastern Washington, Fresno State, Gonzaga, Oregon, Pepperdine, Portland, Portland State, Sacramento State, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Seattle University, St. Mary's, Stanford, UC Davis and Washington.
All of the Bulldogs' first round matches will be on Friday, held in Taube Family Tennis Stadium.
DOUBLES DRAW – Bradshaw and Seeman will start the day off with doubles, slated to face Keyle Everly and Eric Hadigan of Gonzaga in the round of 64.
SINGLES DRAW – Bradshaw is set to play Manuel Balce of Eastern Washington in the round of 128. On the other side of the draw, Seeman will see Filip Kolasinski of Stanford.
