Bulldog Wrestling signs pair in fall signing period

FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State Wrestling program and head coach Troy Steiner announced the signing of two student-athletes in the fall signing period on Friday.
Both future Bulldogs will be freshman in the fall of 2020 with Nick Villarreal coming to Fresno State from nearby Gilroy, Calif., while Haiden Drury hails from Toppenish, Wash.
Nick Villarreal
Hometown: Gilroy, Calif.
High School: Gilroy HS

"Nick comes from a great high school program in Gilroy. Nick will add depth and develop nicely under the heavyweights we have in the room. Adding Nick will solidify the heavyweight weight class in our lineup for years to come."
