Bulldog Bones  Â
- With a win on Feb. 15, Fresno State secured the Mountain West outright regular season title. It is just the third outright conference championship in program history.Â
- The regular season championship is the first in the Mountain West for the Bulldogs. They had previously won four during their time in the Western Athletic Conference (2008*, 2009, 2010, 2012).Â
- Fresno State became the first Division I women's basketball team to clinch a conference title this season, doing so on Feb. 12.
- The Bulldogs 22 wins are the most in a season through Feb. 18 in program history.
- This season marks the 17th time Fresno State has won 20 games in a year. All but four of those have come in the last two decades.
- Prior to the Bulldogs' first loss of the conference season at Air Force on Feb. 19, Fresno State was the first team since Colorado State in 2016 to start 15-0 in Mountain West play. It was the second-longest win streak to open any conference season in Fresno State history.
- Fresno State is one of two teams in the country to have three players average over 15 points per game (Fresno State, Oregon).
- Nevada enter Saturday's game sitting sixth in the league standings at 7-8, 14-12 overall.Â
- The Wolf Pack are riding a four-game winning streak with road victories at Air Force and San Jose State, while coming off two in Reno against UNLV and New Mexico. The first three were decided by less than four points while the last game was an eight-point overtime win versus the Lobos.
- Prior to the road wins, Nevada was 1-7 on their opponents' home court.
- Prior to Nevada's current win streak, the Wolf Pack had only strung together multiple wins twice this season (2 - Dec. 21-28; 3 - Nov. 5-16).Â
- Nevada is averaging 68.4 points per game. The trio of Essence Booker (12.3), Marguerite Effa (11.6) and Imani Lacy (11.4) are combining for over half the team's points per game.
- Effa, a 6-foot-3 transfer from USC, leads the Wolf Pack on the glass, grabbing 5.7 boards per game.
- Fresno State holds a decisive 32-game lead in the all-time series (45-13).
- Despite the advantage all-time, the Bulldogs have dropped three of the last five meetings in the series. Two of those losses have come at the Save Mart Center.
- Fresno State is 24-4 all-time against the Wolf Pack in Fresno, and 12-4 at the Save Mart Center.
- In the last meeting, the Bulldogs were held to their lowest output of the season in a 57-41 defeat at home on Feb. 23, 2019.
