Bulldogs close out MW Indoor Championships

ALBUQUEREQUE, N.M. – Day three at the 2020 Mountain West Indoor Championships saw the Bulldogs' top result come from Breanna Covington in the triple jump. The junior recorded a mark of 12.19m/40-0 to finish fifth in the event.
In the shot put, Ronja Sowalder led three Bulldogs with a seventh-place finish. The sophomore landed a big personal best of 14.65m/48-0.75, more than three feet further than her previous best (13.65m/44-9.5), which was set during the spring last year. On the track, Fresno State's 4x400 relay team of Monique Frometa, Cu-Nisha Mitchell, Daveion Robinson and De'ja Hudson added a point to the team's total with an eighth-place result (3:48.49).
Fresno State finished 11th overall with eight points.
