The Fresno State water polo team is set to play three games this weekend. The Bulldogs will travel North for a showdown against UC Davis on Saturday, before hosting a pair of ranked teams in No. 3 UCLA and No. 7 Cal.
Due to current state guidelines, fans are not able to attend home meets at the Fresno State Aquatics Center during the 2020-21 season. Fans will be able to keep up with the action on the MW Network or by following live stats.

Team Notes:
- Fresno State is ranked No. 11.
- Fresno State is coming off a 19-5 win over Fresno Pacific in its season opener.
- Five different Bulldogs had multiple goals versus the Sunbirds.
- Freshman Apryl Gonzalez led the Bulldogs in the victory over FPU with three goals on five shots.Â
- Fresno State had three goalkeepers share time in the cage as Kate Watley got the start, and Hope Stokes and Mackenzie Matheny saw time in relief.
- Fresno State returns two ACWPC All-American selections in Emily Nicholson and Daphne Guevremont. The Bulldogs also return All-GCC honoree Callie Woodruff to complete a stellar offensive unit. The trio has logged a combined 247 goals over the past three seasons.
- In 2019, the Bulldogs finished third in the GCC, the program's highest finish to date.
UC Davis Team Notes
- UCD will open its 2021 season against Fresno State.
- UCD finished the 2020 season with an 8-12 record.
- UCD returns All-America selection Noelle Wijnbelt.
- Fresno State won the last meeting between the teams 12-10 on Feb. 16, 2020.
