2022 opens in Washington

FRESNO, Calif. – Fresno State's women's track and field team is set to open the 2022 indoor season on Saturday at the Cougar Classic in Spokane, Wash. It is the first of six scheduled meets for the Bulldogs this winter.
Saturday's group will be a mix of old faces and new ones. Thirteen returners will be joined by seven athletes who are scheduled to make their Bulldog debuts.
Eighteen teams will be competing at the Cougar Classic, including three from the Pac-12 (Oregon, UCLA, Washington State) and four from the Mountain West (Boise State, Fresno State, Nevada, San Jose State).
