No. 65 Fresno State improved to 8-0 in MW play by earning a 4-1 road win at New Mexico.
FRESNO, Calif. – The No. 65-ranked Fresno State women's tennis team defeated the New Mexico Lobos 4-1 on Saturday at the McKinnon Family Tennis Stadium in Albuquerque, N.M.

Fresno State (18-3, 8-0 Mountain West) remains unbeaten in conference play and in sole possession of first place in the MW.

The Bulldogs will enter the final weekend of the regular season on a 10-match winning streak and one win away from securing at least a share of the MW regular season championship.
How it happened: After being edged out for the doubles point, Fresno State delivered another strong showing in singles, which was ignited by Pang Jittakoat, who cruised to a quick 6-2, 6-1 victory at No. 1 singles to even the match at 1-1.
Carlotta Nonnis Marzano, Cristina Flaquer and Matilde Magrini also won in straight sets to dispatch the Lobos, with Magrini securing the clinching point.
