Pair of 'Dogs earn season-best times in Spokane

SPOKANE, Wash. - Four student-athletes competed at the Spokane Indoor Challenge on Saturday, all in track events.
In the 60m run, Itzia Mejia Garcia took ninth with a season-best time of 7.73 seconds. Zoe-Analia Goldsmith also saw a season-best run of 7.95, taking 14th place in the event. Jai'ya Jones ran eight seconds flat and took 18th.
Breelyn Newsome was the Bulldogs' only competitor in the 60m hurdles, taking 17th with a time of 9.37.
