Martin moves to No. 3 all-time as Bulldogs close out Bryan Clay, Mt. Sac

WALNUT, Calif. - In the final day of the Mt. Sac Relays, a pair of Bulldogs were in competition on Saturday.
Junior Liz Tarczy took eighth in the high jump with a mark of 1.78m/5-10.
Senior Zoe Yeast competed in the hammer throw. She placed 11th with a throw of 59.97m/196-9.
AZUSA, Calif. - Fresno State wrapped up on the track at the Bryan Clay Invitational on Saturday.
Joziah Hagedorn started the day in the men's 400m, finishing 45th with a time of 48.83. It was his fastest time in the race this season.
Breelyn Newsome ran the 100m hurdles, clocking a time of 14.55 for a Top 20 finish.
In the women's 200m, Zoe-Analia Goldsmith clocked a time of 24.80 and Jai'ya Jones ran her race in 25.04.
In the evening track sessions, the Bulldog women competed in the 1500m race. In the first section, Hannah Pacheco clocked a time of 4:36.08 and Khushleen Khakh recorded a time of 4:45.02.
Nayla Martin ran the fastest 1500 race of her career, clocking a time of 4:26.63 to finish 11th in the field of over 160 athletes. She moves to third all-time at Fresno State, a jump from fifth in the record book.
Chiara Pedol ran her race in 4:38.72 on Saturday evening.
Up Next: Fresno State returns home for the Fresno State Invitational on May 1-2. It is the final regular season meet of the season for the Bulldogs, before hosting the Mountain West Championships at Veterans Memorial Stadium.
