Fresno State: Gives Fresno State an excellent corps of physical and athletic tight ends ... a back-up to All-WAC tight end Bear Pascoe ... missed spring drills with an injury but is projected to be at full strength in the fall. (2007) A valuable member of the team on offense and special teams ... had one catch and it was memorable, a touchdown against Georgia Tech in the Roady[apos]s Humanitarian Bowl. (2006) Saw considerable action on offense and special teams ... used primarily as a blocker. (2005) Saw limited action in his first season, appearing in six games. (2004) Redshirted.
High School: As a senior earned first-team All-Pioneer Valley League honors ... a two-year starter for the Vikings, he played tight end and on the defensive line ... had six sacks, one interception and several batted passes ... as a tight end, he averaged 13 yards per receptions, scored three touchdowns and two two-point conversions in just one year at that position ... had 11 receptions for 188 yards ... also a two-year starter on the Oakmont basketball team ... recruited by San Diego State, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Wyoming, Boise State and West Virginia.
Personal: Born Aug. 9, 1986 ... parents[apos] names are Valerie and Andrew Lubinsky ... has a sister, Lindsey ... enjoys lifting weights and playing basketball ... lists his biggest athletics thrill as 'winning.'
