HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Clovis High School … played football (RB) and baseball (3B) … was a four-year varsity player … was the Offensive Player of the Year … first team all-conference selection … Fresno Bee’s 2025 Preseason High School Football Player of the Year … was also a four-year varsity baseball player … earned first team honors in baseball … was the MVP and silver slugger award winner in baseball … high school teammates with fellow Bulldog Deagan Rose (QB).
PERSONAL: From Clovis, Calif. … son of Dean and Crystal Merrill … has one sibling, Liliana … enjoys to golf and fish … chose to attend Fresno State because of how tight the community is. Especially being from the area, if it is a Saturday night, everyone is going to the Fresno State Football game. Fresno State has the whole Valley behind them.
