Shelby Miller enters her third season as an assistant coach for the Bulldogs. Miller serves as the program’s pitching coach. Â
AT FRESNO STATEÂ
Six Bulldogs have been named All-MW selections under this staff.Â
Right-handed pitcher Taylor Gilmore was named the Mountain West Pitcher of the Year and NFCA All-Pacific Region selection in 2024. Left-handed pitcher Serayah Neiss was an All-MW Second Team selection in 2024.Â
PRIOR TO FRESNO STATEÂ
Graves spent 2019-20 as an assistant coach at Utah Valley University, with a brief stint as the interim head coach in 2020.Â
Prior to UVU, Graves was on staff at Kansas Wesleyan University where she served as the interim head coach, assistant coach and graduate assistant, from 2016-18. While there, Graves helped coach Kansas Wesleyan to a conference championship while also coaching five first-team All-KCAC selections, three second-team honorees, six who were named honorable mention all-conference, and one gold glove winner.
PLAYING CAREER
Graves is a 2015 graduate of Florida International University where she was named Sun Belt All-Conference team as a pitcher.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
She received her bachelor's degree in hospitality and tourism management from FIU and later earned an MBA from Kansas Wesleyan.
